PROJECTS

During my engineering studies (mostly at the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliart) I worked on various projects to apply the knowledge gained from my different courses, these projects were performed on the semester (approx. 5 months).

Latest Projects

2014-15 : Master's project at ETS

Rapid tooling using different addtive manufacturing technologies :

Using of a binder jetting machine from ZCorporatioin and a stereolithography printer from FormLabs

Analysis of capacities of the machines in term of precision depending on different factors

Design of the test part
Design of 3 different molds :

One clear epoxy mold with tin-radiator, one clear epoxy mold with conformal cooling channels

and one plaster mold without cooling

Repetitive injection of 3 different materials (PE, PP and PS)

Evoltution-analysis of the quality criteria of the injected parts

Estimation of the life-time of the molds

2014 : At the FIT (Florida Institute of Technology) , during the competition "The 24h of innovation"

"How to increase the experience in stadiums with the digital technolgy ?"

We suggest various usefull imporvement which implementation is conceivable :

2013 : At UTBM, for the association Montbéliard Dassault 312 (Montbéliard, Eastern France) :

Ultralight aircraft Novus

In the begining only the outside appearance and the were broadly defined, then I worked on 2 different projects :

  • Collaborative design and dimensioning of the wing structure (5 months - team of 3 students)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Studies and value analysis for the design of the canopy system (5 months - team of 2 students)

2013 : At UTBM, for the company General Electric (Belfort, Eastern France)

Capitalization of engineering knowledge about technical subsystems of a Gas Turbine in order to symplify the modelisation process for different systems

2013 : At UTBM, Design, ergonomics and protoyping of a vegetal air humidifier

2012 : At UTBM, for the company FAM Automobiles (Étupes, Eastern France)

Project manager for the study and design of a nautical leisure system (5 months project -17 students)

Managing 3 teams of 5 students each :

  • frame and fairing

  • electric motors and propulsion

  • driving and steering

2012 : At UTBM, during the competition "The 24h of innovation"

"Development of an individual public transportation system for cities without subway"

We designed a sharing system for scooter being powered by a fuel cell
